Why did you apply for a trainee position at Aneo?
“My background is very interdisciplinary, which is why I was looking for a position where I could apply an interdisciplinary perspective. I’ve always been highly motivated to work for the green energy transition.
The position at Aneo seemed like a perfect fit for me, for two reasons: The trainee position is a great place to start my career and gives me the opportunity to learn a lot of different things, and I also always wanted to work with sustainability issues.”
What do you like most about working at Aneo?
“What I enjoy most is working with knowledgeable and skilled colleagues. Teamwork is important and a big part of everyday work, and the dynamics here are really good.”
What have you been working on during your time as a trainee?
“I work on various sustainability projects. This autumn we’ve focused on climate risk assessment, standardisation of sustainability reporting, and EU taxonomy.”
What’s the best thing about being a trainee?
“Traineeships make the transition from student life to working life easier. We learn together and have fun!”
